DREAM CHASER'S HOUSING PROGRAM APPLICATION
The Nehemiah Dream Chaser Housing Program is established to provide a safe, stable, affordable, and comfortable home environment. Please understand that our program requires a commitment to be independent, employed, and/or attend college, and develop life skills. We accept persons who can care for themselves and desire a better life. You must have a stable source of monthly income to pay for your program fees, food, and personal items. All residents are expected to be respectful of one another and to participate in weekly chores and activities. The Dream Chasers Housing Program, located in SPA 7, was established to provide a safe, stable, affordable, and comfortable home environment to aged-out former foster youth. We encourage each person to make efforts toward independence, wellness, and personal development through programs and services (the services are listed with the Criteria). If you are a transition-age (TAY) former foster youth and are interested in our program, please click the button below and complete our application.

Former foster youth
Single woman
Age 20-26
Must provide proof of income
Must be one of the following:
In-school full-time
working full-time
In school and working part-time

TAY RESOURCE REFERRAL SERVICE
We work with partners such as St. Joseph’s Center, Change Reaction and Care Portal to meet the basic needs of TAYs through referral housing services, basic needs grants, mental health support, employment referral, financial literacy, and other support services.

Older foster youth and Transition Age Youth (TAYs) who have recently aged out of the foster system are finding it challenging to get the support that is needed and we are building a village of supporters.
